Avaya cm vectoring

Hi!
I am a newbie to avaya CM. How can I findout if the caller is calling from a hidden number. Is there any easy quick way to check?

To the best of my knowledge, the CM does not collect or store caller ID info. You would have to purchase a call acct system. I use a relatively inexpensive system sold by Veramark, called eCAS (easy call acct system).

It is possible to send call data records from CM to a text file using a program called netcat. Google "avaya cdr netcat". Also, check this link:

you can set up cdr and use the avaya reliable data transport tool , simple to set up free from the avaya support site , it is raw data but does give you all the info you can gain from incomming and outgoing calls
