If somebody already installed CM 10 successfully?

I have deployed CV 10.2 OVA, started VM, logged to CLI (not SAT), than, to be able to make changes and get command "add" I did:

admin@cm1>save_trans
admin@cm1>drestart 1 4

And after that I still see no command "add" available in SAT

Any ideas?

Procedure 1. Log in to the Communication Manager CLI. 2. If the Communication Manager translations are prepared offsite, run the drestart 1 4 command to install the prepared translations and reset Communication Manager. 3. If translations are not prepared offsite, do the following: a. Type save_trans and press Enter to save the translations to the hard disk drive. b. Type drestart 1 4 and press Enter. 4. Enter minimal translations to verify the port networks or media gateway connectivity. 5. After you enter the translations, type save_trans, and press Enter to save the

Thank you for the reply!
Here is what I did: I changed timezone and if I do "date" command, I see a correct local time. I also did: save_trans, drestard 1 4, rebooted VM via Web access.
Unfortunately... still no "add" in a command list

1) Any other hint?
2) Why in general this no "add" may happen, what mechanism behind?
3) Do I need valid licensee for CM for that? Do I need to get connect to some other server or gateway?

The configuration steps in the documentation are not in order. Make sure you've configured your WebLM server before you start trying to add config.

CM 10.2 has to be able to successfully connect to a standalone or embedded WebLM (SM) even if you don't have a valid license loaded. After that happens, you will have 30d to make adds/changes after which you will need a valid license loaded to continue to administer.

Again, thanks to all who answered, I appreciate.
I have made two more steps - I have obtained temporary licenses and now I can see that license status in SMI is "Normal"
I also added CM in inventory to SMGR and started synchronization, done successfully, completed

Than, again, several times:
>save_trans
>drestart 1 4
SAT
SUNT
Press F5.... and still no "ADD or CHANGE"
Still need assistance... close to desperate )-:

Finally... here is what was found: as it was wisely mentioned earlier by JefferP "CM 10.2 has to be able to successfully connect to a standalone or embedded WebLM (SM) even if you don't have a valid license loaded"

Yes, it is absolutely correct, the problem in my case was that this condition was met, but it gave no result. Being under the time pressure we have decided to re-deploy everything from scratch and it helped. Actually, I re-deployed SMGR and it stared to work. Yes, I know, it is very bad approach - to reinstall without investigation, but we are Sales Dep, not a scientist's laboratory
The issue is that there were no any alarm or message or any other indication of the problem, just no command "add" and "change" in SAT
