Avaya CM Public Unknown 1

Hi. I added an entry to the public unknown table and did it wrong.
I added 7 704218 Trunk Group xxx-xxx 10 when I should have added
10 704218 Trunk Group xxx-xxx 7
I went back and added it correctly but it will not let me remove the 7.
I used this command "change public 7 ext 704218" and it tells me ext code inconsistent with dial plan even though I see it there.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

you did a list pub just to confirm it's still there?

I thought I did but I just did it again and it is indeed gone. Thanks so much for getting me to view that again.
