Avaya CM 6 Hostname

Hi guys! Hoping you could help me on my problem. I would like to change the hostname of our Avaya CM6 in WEB Gui but it was greyed out. Should I change this in System Platform? Am I expecting a reboot or not?

Or is there any other way of changing the hostname in Avaya CM6 thru cli? it was asking also an root account which we dont have.

CM6 on VSP... you would change these settings within cdom. This is documented by Avaya.

And most likely a reboot. Any changes on the network configuration screen in VSP console will prompt a reboot. As long as you can get to that screen in VSP console you shouldn't worry about root pw.
