I'm coming from an Avaya shop and wondering if anyone here has dealt with both systems before.
We just had Mitel demo some of their 5340 phones and came away impressed with their phones and features. Has anyone used both systems before and preferred Mitel over Avaya? I'm not talking about just price but service, support and maintenance.
