I was looking on the Avaya University Website under my profile and noticed that it was valid for 2 years. My question is after my 2 years is up will it effect our ability to purchase IP Office products due to the validation of my cerificate. It will be 2 years next month and just wondering if I have to take the course every two years.

It's not necessary to take the 4S00004 class again, however you will need to take the 6402 cert at Pearson Vue. I'd highly recommend taking the on-line Delta classes at a minimum to catch up. Most of the Education Service Providers like Catalyst will prepare you better in the 4S0004 class with sample questions from the 6402. Good luck!
