Hello,

Using Avaya CCR we are unable to add more CCR agents. If I understand everything correctly then when you "tick" the CCR Agent box and save the configuration in the IPO it is being sent to the MS-SQL database. This however is not being done. We are currently at 399 users, are there a limit at 400? We are also recieving "The IPOCCR Database reached 77.3%" <- 2012/12 but am not sure if it could be the cause.

Sort to say, new CCR Agents are not being sent to the MS-SQL table tblUsers. Where can I start?

 
You need to add these CCR users yourself in CCR.
This is not done by the IPOffice and probably never will.
Your Database is getting full.
So add some storage if you do not use SQL express.
If you do use SQL express then you are reaching the limit of 4Gbyte or 10Gbyte (2005 and 2008 limits for express)

Add these users in CCR? I thought ticking the CCR Agent box in IPO made them CCR Agents? Maybe "users" is the wrong term to use here.
We are unable to add more CCR Agents.
 
After we have ticked the CCR Agent box and given the appropriate User Rights, we can still not see them in CCR. The Agent is not even being written to the db.
 
Tlpeter told you, you need to login to CCR and add them manually just adding them to the IP Office will not work :)

How Many agents are you licensed for?

IIRC 399 is way over the documented maximum

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
 
We are licensed for 25 agents at once. But even though there may not be any free slots when you tick a user in the IPO to become a CCR Agent, it should be written to the DB. This is not done, this is the issue.
