New ipo install 500v2 with Avaya CCR Reporting 8.1 (67) on windows 2008 Server.
when logging into the CCC reporter the default reporting tabs do not show.
the reporting tabs do not show under reports They are just not listed.
I can create a custom report but no data is every shown.
Have tried different supervisors, ie9, chrome and Firefox but same issue

The issue is this: Customer provided a 2012 Server machine not 2008 r2.

CCR DOES NOT work in 2012 as per the technical docs.

IPOfficeIreland, although reinstalling crytel reports is worth a try, Avaya already stated that server 2012 is not supported.
This means they tried already and found out that it does not work and needs major adjustments in there software.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

hey tlpeter, I replied late last night, for some reason I thought the reply re 2012 server was from someone else! even though first post mentions 2008! dooh!
