Avaya CCR daily reports (Friday/Sunday)

I have the Avaya CCR running here set to spit out daily call summary reports.

I have the report set for one days worth of data, then the schedule to run daily at 6:00am.

My problem is, the report I get Monday morning is a blank report for Sunday (closed), not Friday.

Is there a workaround for this besides the "include weekends" option?

And yes, I realize the Avaya CCR is very limited and there are better CCR packages out there..

Just edit the scheduled task that CCR creates in windows.

Ahh. It didn't even occur to me they were using the Windows Task Scheduler.

However when I look at the task in Windows, it looks like it's scheduled to run every day.

Whether I check "Include Weekends" in the CCR, I don't see a difference in how the task looks in windows.

just modify the task to only run on the days you want.
