Avaya Call Forwarding

I'm new to Avaya, how do you setup call forward external after 2 rings to cell phone? I'm using Site Admin tool version 6.0

Use extension to cellular-EC500.

1st do a change coverage remote and for line 1 for example insert 9 then cell phone number and save, 2nd add coverage path next and at point 1 add r1, now assign this coverage path to the station, on the coverage path set rings to 2 rings then it will look to point 1 in the coverage path that points to the remote coverage, if change coverage remote is already populated look for a blank entry, assign number so if its line 6 then coverage path would be r6.
