One of My costumers has Cisco IP telephony and he is looking for Call Center.

Could AVAYA IP OFFICE compact call center be integrated with CISCO IP telephony? Please could anybody send me any documentation which can help us in this Regards.

Many thanks

You can use Avaya's CCC only with an IP Office unit. If the customer needs his PBX for more than the call center, you can put an IP Office with CCC and connect his Cisco to the IPO via PRI or IP trunks.

If it is a small call center, around 10 agents, you can do it with an SOE with different configurations:

1. A 4 BRI card will allow for 8 calls (active agents) between the PBXs.
2. A 16 VCM model will allow you to use IP trunks and IP phones and expand your call center to 14 agents (8 with 54xx phones, 4 with regular phones and 2 with 56xx phones)
3. 16 VCM + 4 BRI will allow for 18 agents.
4. 16 VCM + T1 PRI will allow more than 25 agents.

All these configurations are relatively cheap.
