Its pretty much a done deal, just the courts need to ok it based on Avaya agreeing to terms.

thats rigth it is complicated, avaya is just bidding and that price will be the floor price for the auction,anyone is free to outbid avaya,then the winning bidder should be approve by bankcrupcy court it maybe rejected, so its not done deal yet, im bettting that it will not be avaya in the end..lol i dont know the odds
