Avaya BCM450 and Fax Messaging

Hello ...

I have a Customer have a BCM450, and about 10 fax messaging, when calling any number of the fax configured, the system replay
"you have enter an invalid extension" and the welcome CCR message is play.
I checked the Mail Boxes configured of the Fax and the target lines, all is setup correctly and nothing changed.y
reboot the BCM but nothing changes.

what I can do and check to solve these problems ?

yes, I have checked it, when calling the (4102) / Application DN answer the call and as I told you the system answer "you have enter an invalid extension, then welcome msg replay"
note that on the target line the primeset is set to (4101) because this is the voiceDN appear when press F985 on the phone.

yes, the Mailbox is initialized and there is a recorded name on each one .
