Hello! I recently received a couple Avaya B199 Conference Phones. I am wanting to use our H.323 licenses however it seems the phone isnt being registered. Its receiving a Voip IP address however it seems that it isnt being registered. We are using IP Office, and I read that you can use IP office for these conference phones. Just wondering if any of you guys have had this issue and got it resolved. Thank you!

Shows up in my System Status as a unregistered H.323 extension.

If on R11.0 you need R11.0.4.2 - also supported on R10.0 and R11.1 but check service packs.

B199 is a SIP phone, not H.323

Delete the H.323 extension and recreate the extension number as SIP
