Hi,
I am doing a new installation of the Avaya Aura Contact Center and installing CCMS, CCMA, LM and other components.
I have followed the pre-reqs for CCMS, CCMA.

While installing the CCMA, it gives an error when executing iceInstallADAM.vbs file and it tells “Server is not operational”. Following that, it gives the another error popup saying “adsi error 0x8007203a on getobject method”

If we press Ok, for all these errors, it advances and says it is successfully installed, but I cannot login to CCMA Web admin interface using webadmin username and password that it entered using the installation for iceAdmin.

What is the default password for webadmin?

Have you seen this before? Are there any steps I am missing in terms of AD-LDS? I enabled the roles as said in the document.

Thanks,
Arun

Hi,

I have the same issue when I want to migrate the CCMA from CC6.0 to AACC6.1 (CCMA and SecurityFramework co-resident).

Did you succeed so far?

Regards

I have read similiar threads on support.avaya.com, but no one ever posts how they fixed it. I have the same issue. I have reset iceadmin by the book. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Did either of you get this fixed?

The backup of the CCMA CC6.0 has not to be old than 30 days. In my case it works!

I have performed the Migration to AACC 6.2 from CC6 in the lab a
few times and I have a stumbling block. After I restore the CCMA
data I see the Source server present in the server list of CCMA
client and although there very few of the assets are availble.
If I add the Target Server in CCMA with its new Hostname. I can see most all assest i.e scripts and user and Supervisors. However
not all configuration data is avaailable. I guess my question is this.
After the restore of the CCMA data and the Upgrade is run. Should the NEW CCMS host name be available in the CCMA server list. Does running the DataBase Name synch help this. I am encouraged with the Migration so far but seem to be getting differnet results everytime I perform the migration. and so am convinced I am not proceeding correctly. and YES I have Read the Book a few times.
