I have two backups running. One is correct and going to a linux server. The other is not correct and I do not know where in System manager I can delete the other one (it was trying to go to a windows server and it didn't work). These are both remote types. Thanks.

Avaya Aura System Manager 6.2 and deleting a backup

login with admin into the web interface. Then click the backup tab on the top right. You'll see a list of your backups there.
