Our Hospital is soon to convert from Octel 350 to AAM. In our current environment we have staff responsible for monitoring multiple mailboxes. (Personal mailbox, Department mailbox. etc.) In this scenario how are the messages presented to the user when using Outlook. Can different folders be setup for different boxes within Outlook? If not, is there anything discriminating between the messages.

it will show you what mailbox the voicemail was left in, so you should be able to create different folders and filter by extension to dump the voicemails in different folders.
