Avaya Aura message 6.3 web buttons delete, forward, reply grayed out can't use

anybody know why when we access mail though the web and a message has already been saved, the only button that we can use is the play button, all others are grayed out

What I heard from last time i encountered this issue was that it is a security risk as per Avaya and this feature is disbaled. In short it is not available.
