Hello Guys,

The Avaya CM 6.1 give a strange issue ... ip phone are losing sever configuration, from time to time . First start evething appear to be normal , just right after a few min/hours all phone are showing in the screen discover x.x.x.x (ip addr) can someone here can give a clue on which point i need focus on for such issue .

is CM simplex/duplex
what hardware is CM
are handsets static IP or DHCP
 
Is your network healthy? Is anything affecting your h323 traffic, such as ALGs/layer 7 firewalls? You see that screen not because the phone lost configuration, but because it lost connection.

 
At the least, run a continuous ping on a laptop and log it to a text file over night and see what the results are. Make sure your laptop is using the exact same ethernet cable that the phone is plugged into that exhibits this behaviour. To

I.E. ping -t x.x.x.x > C:\somefile.txt (Where x.x.x.x is your Procr IP - assuming H.323 and not SIP here)

ALso, ping the same way as above but this time swap out the Procr IP with the Procr IP's subnet's default gateway - if you see ping drops etc here then your issue is not the CM but rather network gear (or whatever else is in the way)
