I need to customize the button appearance on the 96xx display for call-appr but don't want to have to go to each phone and use button personalization. For instance, extension 3444 would have a call-appr of '3444'. I want to be able to have it show the full DID on the display 'NPA-NXX-3444'. This is so that a person who sits down at the desk in a temporary mode knows the DID for that set. Any ideas other than touching every set?
