Has anyone done or was tasked to add a second line to a SIP Viper phone if so what option/feature would that be associated with. I know MDA allows you to register an extension on multiple devices but I would like to add an extension to a SIP viper device if possible. A Viper phone usually only allows one extension as your analog, STE and STU devices but I'm not sure if that is the case because when I access the phone I see 4 button options and I'm able to add the abrdg feature to the key and put an extension but it doesn't ring.
