Avaya Audix works, with this I mean customers can leave messages on users voice mail boxes. The customers get the greeting to enter their pin number, but after that is entered it reports that there is a problem with the system (or fault) and to try again later. We have rebooted the MAS Audix and the ASA side but with no change. The same 3 pieces can ping one another with no issues. Also I can not find any major alarms, but have seen errors 1882 on the MAS which I believe to relate to a connection or network issue which I can not detect one. Again look forward to your advise and help
 
Audix? Modular Messaging? Which on is it. And whats a MAS Audix? I think you need to figure out what you have a re write this post.
 
It sounds like MM to me. If thats the case you also need to figure out the configuration. Is this MM with Exchange integration? Is their a SIP (SES) server thrown in the mix? These get very complicated and not many out there are that good on them. At least from what I have seen.

Yep...your post is a little confusing. Are you saying that your users can't log into their mailboxes to retrieve messages when you say the "customer enters the pin and gets an error message" ??
I think you need to repost this in order to get some help with this......
List your system platform, voicemail, integration etc;

Thanks for the messages. It turned out in the ned that the MAS server required a reboot. The Audix subscriptions then worked a treat again.
