Avaya Audix works, with this I mean customers can leave messages on users voice mail boxes. The customers get the greeting to enter their pin number, but after that is entered it reports that there is a problem with the system (or fault) and to try again later. We have rebooted the MAS Audix and the ASA side but with no change. The same 3 pieces can ping one another with no issues. Also I can not find any major alarms, but have seen errors 1882 on the MAS which I believe to relate to a connection or network issue which I can not detect one. Again look forward to your advise and help
