My company was 100% Avaya, until we acquired a small Nortel Call Center. Our VP would like us to duplicate our reports for this center. We are using ODBC to gather the hagent, halog, hvdn, hsplit data and our reporting group uses these database items to create reports. Does anybody have a document that gives the Avaya database item and the corresponding Nortel database item?

Not sure you will find such a document normally competing manufacturer tend not to talk about the competing product. You will have to make your own document as you go along.
