AVAYA-ALCATEL over PCM R2 ( call ticket CDR problem)

hello
i have a problem with my linked two pbx's
1. Definity G3v4 (old)
2. Alcatel OmniPCX v8

are linked over MFC R2

in definity all CDR options are available and set .
truk groups are have CDR Record on "y"
restart of CDR primary , restart of TG also made

but after get data from buffor i have only internal connections ...
CDR dont show any connections made over ARS and directly calling over TG
tehere is any solution ??
