Avaya Agent for Desktop Stats Console

Hello

Is anybody using the Avaya Agent for Desktop and can you confirm if the Stats Console can display the skill name, not just the number, e.g. 'Highways' instead of 'Skill 1'? We are looking at the Agent for Desktop as a replacement for our CMS Wallboard queue stats displays, which are very time consuming to maintain.

Could you also provide a few brief details about your experience of using the application, please. We just want to know if it is worthwhile pursuing it as an option.

I assuming you are using 1x Agent on the desktop PC and selected vu-stats window if so then yes, label skill 1 as Highways in CM under vu-stats. also in 1X Agent settings you have to enable the vu-stats.

Yes, we are using One-X Agent on laptops.

I've had a look in CM and have found where to change the vustats display format from number to name, so now we are all sorted out. Thanks for your help.
