Please assist Avaya Agent desktop can not release a call every time I log in i get an error saying Agent failed to login because the terminal is busy on a call, please release this call then try again
If the user has an IP handset then logging out/in the handset should work to release the call in CCT (even though
there is not actually a call there).
There is also a method to release stuck contacts via the SGM on the server.
