I have a Avaya 9641 h323 set which works fine in the office. Once we take it offsite and connect it to an Aruba RAP it sits there in discovery mode. My SIP 9641 that are connected to the Aruba RAP at home office also work. Any ideas??
I'm confused... are you on SIP or h323? Is this going to CM or SM? It's likely a firewall policy or ALG that is blocking the connection, assuming the phone is configured proper.
So I got it. For some reason the phone was holding on to all the information when we set them up in the office. So I did a clear and set them up on the rap unit like a clean install and they work. I don't get it but it worked. Thank you all.
