AVAYA 9621 settings file question

Is there a way on the 46XXsettings.txt file to add a favorite to all phones that would have the help desk number ?



I want a button on all phones that dials a 5 digit number..

I would say no since button programing is controlled from the switch, not the firmware/settings.

So there is no way to add the speed dial icon to the HOME buttons? I need need need to add speed dial to the help desk.
