Avaya 9611 3 Buttons on left are solid Red

Hey everyone, I have an Avaya Aura 7.0 Comm Manager system running 9611 handsets on H323. For some reason lately we have been seeing phones have 2-3 buttons go Red. I understand the top key being Red, as what I call the heartbeat or active button. Has anyone else ever seen multiple buttons go red on some sets? If I toggle the phone, I can still pull dial tone. Just seems random and weird why there would be extra Red lights coming on.
