We're getting complaints of Avaya 9608 IP phones not logging "Missed" calls. We've narrowed the focus to calls which have covered to Avaya Modular Messaging. Once coverage kicks in, the display returns to normal and the call is NOT logged whatsoever. I can't find it under Missed, Answered or All Calls. But if the caller abandons prior to coverage, the phone logs it under Missed and All Calls. This behavior is consistent whether the call originates from an extension or a PRI. My phone is running firmware version 6.2408. I have confirmed the same behavior on another phone running version 6.2209. I have some phones in other locations running 6.020S and 6.2009, but I haven't had a chance to work with anyone onsite to determine if they behave the same.
