Avaya 9.0.316.2 web manager

I am having some issues with web manager and wondered if anyone else had come across the same issue.

I have the latest version of manager and have the same fault on 3 new IP office systems. The web manager loads and then just sits on loading screen. I left one running for over a day and it still did not load. After speaking to Avaya they said load the files onto the memory card again and when you do this its looking for files that don't exist so it just errors.

I need web manager to enable IPOSS for the systems but it never loads.

Is this an Avaya bug as I have older version 9 systems that work fine.

Don't use IE use Firefox, this has been a problem for me. Also check to see in Manager you have the allow only Avaya clients ticked.
