I have a Avaya 8300 IP switch with 9630 sets. When user checks logs calls that were hang ups it shows in log. Calls that covered to voice mail don't show up in log. At another location, same switch with 9620 sets, calls that cover to voice mail show up in the log. Does anyone know is this related to the sets? Is it hard coded or is there a programming change that would allow covered calls to show up on log with 9630 sets. Would appreciate any advice.
