Avaya 4690 IP conference phone blinking when powered up

Hi All,

We have couple of 4690IP conference phones that started bliking (outside lights) when powered up. Nothing on the screen (no booting or anything, just the lights keep blinking).Faulty hardware or any t-shoot can be done to fix this

Are these phones connected to an ipo ?
They are not supported.
