I have some users who are using the 4600 series ip phones. IF they answer a call with the speakerphone or on the first ring, the call is cutting out. Has anyone experienced this problem?
Full duplex means parties on both sides can speak & be heard.
I'm curious - when you say cutting out, is it more like fading in/out or coming in waves? That's the complaint I'm getting from some of our users. I thought it was a QoS issue, and still have not ruled that out.
When a call comes in and you pick up on the first ring on the phone, the phone cuts out and the call is lost. Almost like the call didnt come over completely. It's really weird. If I can someone and I switch over to speakerphone while it's ringing, the same thing happens. I noticed if the call rings more than once, it's not much of a problem. It's sporadic.
