Have a user on RoadRunner cable broadband, using an Avaya 4610sw phone that has been configued to VPN back to our corporate offices in Glastonbury. The phone has been assigned a static IP off of the users home router, however, when connecting the phn gets the following error:
"IKE Phase I No Response"
We have cleared the static IP from the phone and plugged it directly into the broadband modem and received the same error. (This was done after cycling the modem to pull a fresh IP from the provider).
We have approx 40 remote VPN phones in use today and this is the first time we have run into the issue. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can throw my way.
