Avaya 4610sw feature buttons missing 1

Its my understanding that there should be 24 programmable feature buttons. I only count 12 even though I have created 14 buttons. Why is this and how do I fix it?

Probably, you should always upgrade them to the release that comes on the Admin disc for the IPO version

Display, Call Appearance and Feature buttons:
The Call Appearance Keys allow the user to handle multiple calls with the display showing call
information, e.g. the name/phone number, etc. There are four pages in the display; giving up to
24 system features that can be allocated to the function keys. The information displayed varies
according to the active feature.

Make it a HOTDESK user (User > Telephony > Supervisor settings > Login code.) It used to be 24 depending on the release/firmware. So upgrade or the the Hotdesk user.

@Bas1234, one day you really must explain / show what HOTDESK has to do with the firmware of the phone.....
I have done some research and older CM/Definity firmware had only 12 softkeys, the later IP Office/CM Definity firmware release has 24 softkeys...

If you make it a HOTDESK user he will get 24 buttons instead of 12.

I think it was R5 or R6 with 5610/4610 that had this "bug" or "Missing feature"
