Avaya 3645 not connecting to IP Office 500

Testing new Cisco 3700 AP's, but phones not connecting to IP Office. No AVPP response - No GW response. Phones are connected to the AP's. Can ping the IP Office when connecting notebook to the AP's on the same IP range.

Do the APs allow both 2.4GHz and 5 GHz?
