Avaya 3645 Handset w/ IPO

Have a tech working on a project trying to setup their 3645 handsets to the IPO.

When they enter the 3645 programming on the handset ... they see.


7. Select Telephony Protocol.
The phones needs to be configured with a telephony protocol number which then ensures the handset checks for
the proper software files each time it powers on. Set the value to 033.
a. To change the displayed number, press Select.
b. To scroll through the options, press Up or Down.
c. To select the displayed number, press Select.

They are not getting the 'D" option to Select IP Office?

Is this a firmware issue? Maybe just an upgrade?

Isn't there an option labled 'phone config'?

That's where I changed it to IP Office mode (7 years ago though..)
