Am I right in thinking I can connect a 3641 handset to a properly licenced IP 500 with a VMC card and endpoints etc over my 802.11 wifi network with out anything else?

Hippos have bad eyesight, but considering their weight, it’s hardly their problem
In that case are there any 3rd party wifi phones like the Snoms that you guys would recommend and that work obviously, I just need 2 preferrably wifi handsets for an are we cant cable..
Just got the following from my distributor. Don't know what to make of it. What do you say?:-
In the past Avaya used Spectralink for QoS on the WLAN (the AVPP)
The newer phones are compatible with WMM (wireless multi media) – you just need to make sure that the WLAN has QoS based on WMM
I have defied all advice and decided to try out just one. Stuck on "no registration domain set" and can't get it set.
Has anyone managed to set the domain and how?
Upon boot up of phone display states No Reg Domain Set
Problem Clarification
Out of the box the phone will boot up and display "No Reg Domain Set". This pertains to which country the device is being operated in so that it can conform to the rules and regulations set forth in that country that govern 802.11 wireless frequencies.
Cause
The Regulatory Domain defaults to None on the wireless handset display.
Solution
FCC requirements dictate that the menu for changing the domain be available by password, which in this case is the LINE button.
To change the domain, start by shutting off the phone. Press and hold both the green and red keys until the phone starts up. Release the red key first and then the green and you will be presented with a password screen. Default password is 123456. Navigate to Network config > Reg Domain. Press LINE and then choose the domain of the country you are in. Complete by choosing a frequency and the power setting. Once chosen you will be placed back in the Network config screen and can continue configuring the phone.
