I have an avaya 8 port 3510 poe switch. I am having an issue that when I plug in my providers ethernet from the wan connection the port shuts down. I have turned off the poe to the port, bounced the port no luck. I have two more wan links with the same hardware from the provider plugged into Avaya 24 port switches with no issues.
