Avaya 2410 set, while on one call a second call comes in.

Avaya 2410 set, while on one call a second call comes in and rings, will not tranfer to Modular Messaging after 4 rings, this is on outside calls coming in.

Is the Coverage Path set for the station? Is the Coverage Path option set for Active or Busy? If Active, any time you're off-hook the next call will follow the Coverage Path. With Busy, all Call Appearances capable of getting an incoming call must be busy for it to follow the Coverage Path.

You may want to put a trace up on the station, capture the errors, and paste them here.
