Avaya 2410 Phones

I've been given a new 2410 phone to trial, i'm currently using a 6424D+M and when i went to change the station type to 2410 it says invalid entry.

Does anyone know if you have to be on a certain level of software to use this phone ? 2420s work ok

I'm at CM2.1 and I only have 2420. 2410 works fine administered as a 2420 though. Not sure if you need to be at CM3 but I know you need to be higher than CM2.1.
