All site has 2410 phone and they have all their incoming calls logged in their 'Answered Calls' Log
BUT
Calls that come through their ACD IVR even though when they hit the Agents phone the CLI shows on the display but when they hang up the entry for the Answered call is not in the 'Answered Calls' Log. If the Agent recieves a call from an Internal extension an entry will show in the 'Answered Calls' Log.
Calls throough the ACD IVR come through Voice Portal and are then Service Observed for Call Recording.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
