Avaya 1616 ring times

Hi everybody.

My system is an IP office 500 release 5.0.26 and recently we 've replaced our 5610sw phones with Avaya 1616.

The problem that we 've is for internal calls after 5 rings it stops ringing and the call is dropped.

Casn we increase the number of rings

I forgot to mention that the Avaya 1616 are members of a huntgroup if that matters

Such things are dictated by the system programming, not the handsets connected

ok, so do i 've to change the user rights to increase the ring times for these users ?

That would be us doing your job for you, you need to put some effort in, we don't know how your system is configured

have you set up a trace for this? why does it drop after 5 rings?
