Avaya 1608 problem

A costumers system has two Avaya 1608 deskphones with the same problem.
periodically when answering a call the deskphone continues ringing after lifting off the handset.
One of the Phones has been changed out, but the problem was still there.

Is there anyone out there that has experienced this problem? If so is there a solution.

Network issue, seen it many times. Sometimes a duplicate IP, others high latency and packet loss, but always the network hence why the handset swap didn't help

Maybe the MAC Address bug?

Can you check the phones MAC Addresses in System status?

Yes, I can check the MAC adress, but what should I check it for?

MAC: B0-AD-AA-3F-6D-DE
