Avaya 1608-i restarting when procpasswd entered 1

Hi ,

when ia ma inserting the procpsswd 27238# the phone is restarting and entering the settings ?


System is an IP Office 500 V2
any idea ?

If the phone is resetting after entering craft# then it could mean the phone was connected to a system which pulled 46xx down with a modified password to protect the phone. Pull your 46xxsettings file to see what password is pushing to the phones?

Is the phone new to your system? Did you buy it secondhand?
