I just wondered if anyone has come across an issue on Avaya 1608 handset timers resetting mid-call on or around the 30 second mark?
I've witnessed it first hand- you can be on a call, the call timer will count up and then anytime before 30 seconds it will zero itself again but when you put the phone down, the call log value is correct.
So for example, I might have been on the phone for 3 minutes but the mid-call timer only says 28 seconds, then returns to zero again.
This is IP Office and on R9.0.6 (upgraded to try and resolve), with 1608's on current latest version 1.370 (1.3 maintenance release 7).
