AVAYA 1603SW Firmware for SIP

Maybe someone has the firmware for SIP protocol 1.3.4. The official website only has 1.0.1, but it doesn't want to flash to a phone with firmware 1.3.X.
Almost.
The 1603SW-I (only) supports SIP but they only released 1.0 and 1.0.1 firmware for it back in 2010.
This was only applicable to the 1603D03A model and not the 1603D01A or 1603D02A variants of the 1603. No other 1600 series sets support SIP - they are all H323. Even with SIP they were still only for use on Aura - not third party calling platforms.
