AVAYA 1603 SW redial button don't work

Hello fellas, i have a problem whit a AVAYA IP Phone 1603SW which the redial button doesn't work, i checked that it have the default preferens on ASA, if you have some ideas

Hi Jose,

The buttons you configure using ASA are the feature buttons and the Mute that can be enabled or disabled. This model accepts 3 of them and by default are set as call/line appearance.
What I'd suggest is that you try to log with a station that works fine and check if it can redial (just to confirm that it's not a CM config), check if you have the latest phone firmware supported by your CM.

Otherwise, it may be a hardware problem
